7Fabs Analytics & Advertising Tracking Disclosure
1. Purpose
This disclosure explains what analytics and advertising tracking 7Fabs uses on its website and customer portal, what conversion events are captured, and how that data feeds lead-source tracking in 7Fabs's operations system (ERPNext). It supplements the Cookie/Tracking Notice and Privacy Policy.
2. Tools in use
- Google Analytics (GA4) or successor — website traffic and behavior
- Google tag / Google Ads conversion tracking — measures ad performance
- Google Search Console — organic search performance (no personal data
- UTM parameters and Google Click ID (GCLID) — captured on landing and

for Google Ads campaigns.
about individual visitors beyond aggregate query data).
stored against the corresponding lead record in ERPNext to attribute leads to marketing campaigns.
3. Conversion events tracked
7Fabs tracks the following as conversion events for marketing measurement purposes: website form submission, file upload, phone-number click, email address click, quote approval, and deposit payment. These events may be sent to Google Ads/Analytics as conversion signals and may, in the future, be matched to closed leads/customers for offline conversion import (hashed/pseudonymized where required by the ad platform's offline conversion requirements).
4. What is not shared with ad platforms
7Fabs does not send uploaded design files, CAD content, project pricing detail, or payment card data to any analytics or advertising platform. Only event occurrence (e.g., "a quote was approved") and, where configured for offline conversion import, a hashed contact identifier is shared — Details pending professional review..
5. Ads Ops automation
7Fabs's internal Ads Ops automation may draft ad groups, keywords, negative keywords, ad copy, landing-page mappings, and budget recommendations from this tracking data. All campaign launches, budget changes, and external platform uploads require human/owner approval before taking effect — automation never spends money or publishes ad changes autonomously.
6. User controls
See the Cookie/Tracking Notice for how to opt out of analytics/advertising cookies, and Google's own opt-out tools (Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on; Google Ads Settings for interest- based advertising).
7. Retention
Analytics/advertising data is retained per each platform's default retention settings unless 7Fabs configures a shorter period. Details pending professional review.
Interim review copy — not effective. This page is informational and cannot authorize a quote, payment, file, publication, or customer send.
