7Fabs Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how 7Fabs ("7Fabs," "we," "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit the 7Fabs website, use the customer portal, request a quote, call or text our business line, or otherwise interact with 7Fabs as a customer or prospective customer. 7Fabs is a Florida-based fabrication, 3D printing, and CAD/design services business.

2. Information we collect

Contact and account information: name, email, phone number, company

name, shipping/billing address, portal login/session identifiers.

Project information: quote requests, uploaded files (CAD models,

STL/STEP/DXF files, sketches, reference photos), project notes, service history.

Payment information: 7Fabs uses Stripe to process deposits and final

payments. 7Fabs does not store full card numbers; Stripe processes and stores payment card data under its own privacy and PCI-DSS obligations. 7Fabs retains payment references (transaction IDs, amounts, timestamps) for bookkeeping, dispute defense, and tax purposes.

Communications: emails, portal messages, SMS/MMS (where enabled and

opted in), call metadata and voicemail/transcripts when you call or text our business line through our phone provider.

Technical/analytics data: IP address, browser/device information, pages

visited, referring source, and similar data collected via cookies and analytics/advertising tags described in the Cookie/Tracking Notice and the Analytics/Ads Tracking Disclosure.

3. How we use information

Prepare and deliver quotes, invoices, and completed work.
Process payments and deposits through Stripe.
Communicate about your project (status updates, questions, approvals).
Fulfill legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-defense obligations (including

retaining terms-acceptance and proof-of-delivery records for chargeback defense — see the Chargeback/Dispute Language template).

Improve the website, portal, and service quality.
Where you have opted in, send marketing/portfolio communications and run

advertising/analytics as described in the tracking disclosure template.

Where required by applicable law, 7Fabs relies on: performance of a contract (quote, order, project), legitimate business interests (fraud/dispute prevention, service improvement), consent (marketing communications, optional analytics/ad cookies, portfolio photo use), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

7Fabs shares personal information with service providers strictly as needed to run the business, including: Stripe (payments), our phone/SMS provider (call/text handling), Google Workspace/Drive (file storage and email), shipping carriers (delivery), and our accounting/CRM platform (ERPNext). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to defend against a payment dispute/chargeback.

7Fabs does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and messaging consent are used only to provide the communications a customer requests. This restriction does not prevent 7Fabs from using service providers that support message delivery, security, or recordkeeping on our behalf, provided they may use the information only to perform those services and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes. 6. File uploads and design data

Uploaded files are stored per the File Upload / Customer-Supplied File Terms and are not shared publicly. Portfolio use of photos of completed parts requires separate permission under the Photo/Portfolio Permission Release.

7. Data retention

7Fabs retains project, payment-reference, and terms-acceptance records for as long as needed for business, tax, warranty, and dispute-defense purposes (generally a minimum of Details pending professional review. for financial/dispute records). Terms acceptance records are retained as immutable evidence and are never deleted per legal/README.md control rules.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and evidentiary retention obligations (e.g., we cannot delete an accepted-terms or payment record needed for dispute defense or tax compliance). Details pending professional review. Opt out of marketing email/SMS at any time using the unsubscribe/STOP mechanism provided in that communication.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and 7Fabs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Security

7Fabs uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including restricting provider secrets to server-side configuration and never storing them in frontend code or logs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected by a new controlled version per legal/README.md.
