Start a Project

What does 7Fabs do?

7Fabs provides design support, prototyping, fabrication, and short-run production. Share what you are trying to build and a real person will review the best next step for the project.

Does uploading a file guarantee feasibility, price, or delivery date?

No. Uploading creates a request for review. A person confirms feasibility, pricing, available capacity, and timing for the specific project before 7Fabs makes a production commitment.

How do I contact or visit 7Fabs?

Call (321) 321-9220 or email [email protected]. Project reviews are available by appointment at 564 Cooper Commerce Drive, Suite 510, Apopka, Florida 32703.

Files & Design

Can I start a project without a CAD file?

Yes. You can begin with an idea, sketch, drawing, photograph, sample, CAD file, or physical part. The team will review what design work is required and scope it before manufacturing.

What files can I upload with a quote request?

The public quote form accepts STEP, STP, STL, DXF, DWG, PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and HEIC files. Interactive 3D preview is available for STEP, STP, and STL files; other supported files are still attached for human review.

Quotes & Payment

What information helps 7Fabs prepare an accurate quote?

Send the latest files, intended use, material or performance needs, quantity, finish or color, critical dimensions or tolerances, desired date, and whether the work is a prototype or a production run.

What affects the price of a 7Fabs project?

Price depends on size, material, quantity, manufacturing process, complexity, finish, CAD or design work, tolerances, urgency, and assembly. A current project-specific quote is required because those factors interact.

When should I request a manufacturing quote?

Request a quote when you can share the latest revision, target material and finish, quantity, intended use, and desired date. Early quotes can compare approaches; a final quote should use the exact revision you intend to approve.
